There are going to be several tasks on her plate which she will need to narrow down and focus on necessities that are right for her and that she can get done. When it comes to checking performance, it’s important for leaders to write down a list of goals they want to accomplish. Joan should consider this and prepare a list of achievable goals that she knows she will accomplish. Occasionally, she should check that list and ask herself if her performance has changed any.
